Christy at Payroll NW has been a breath of fresh air! During the process of making some tax changes and selecting a payroll company and what not, my boss and I have gotten a lot of “grey area” or just plain wishy-washy answers from people that aren’t even really answers and it has been very frustrating for us. Yesterday when my boss hung up the phone with Christy after discussing his deductions he looked at me and said, “Finally, someone who knows what they are talking about and can give us a straight answer.” So far you and your company have impressed us. Thank you for your great work and customer service.

I left Payroll NW last year and went to a very large well-known company that offers health benefits. Big mistake -- I quickly regretted it. Transactions that had been quick and easy with Payroll NW became turned into projects that required multiple people and contacts and days to accomplish. After 6 months, I came back to Payroll NW. I’m so happy to be back! Their customer service is exceptional -- everyone I've worked with is friendly, concientious and professional. They have a "can do" attitude that makes them a pleasure to work with. I’ll never go anywhere else again!

Payroll NW has excellent customer service and offers the flexibility of personal service - where I call in and do payroll over the phone, or online where I simply enter my payroll.Having this flexibility is a big benefit. All of the staff there are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend using them!

Over the last 240 pay periods (10 years) I've gone from 12 to 40 and back to 12 employees. Christy and PayrollNW have provided easy and painless payroll processing. Even when I bungle they make it work out fine. Highly recommended.

Worked with several payroll companies over the years as a bookkeeper. Many were all alike and did a pretty good job. When I opened my own company I started with a big payroll company. They were horrible hours and hours of my time spent fixing their errors and the employees up to the management didn't really care. I finally ditched them.I started with Payroll NW last year and I have never been happier extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. I whole heartedly recommend them for anyone that needs help with payroll. The BEST.

I process a large and complex specialty marine construction payroll that reports taxes to several states and various counties.I tried to work with Wells Fargo for 6 months using their archaic Excel module and dead end customer service (it absolutely took days to reach someone by phone and never the same person twice). Don't get me going on the "Voltage" email BS. To say it was a harrowing experience is an understatement.I connected with Christy Bayly of payrollNW and she has fulfilled every promise (I am a demanding customer) she made to me about tax reporting and tracking abilities. Christy personally came to my office and trained me.Setting up employees and inputting payroll is simple and straightforward. Reports are useful (as opposed to "not"). The taxes are being reported timely and correctly to the appropriate agencies. Employees can access their pay stubs and accrual balances. Security is strong, and payrollNW operates quietly in the background. Christy has always responded to my needs by phone or email promptly. Live employees answer the phone and are skilled to resolve problems and make suggestions. They are absolutely dedicated to customer service - they are generous with their time and energy.And their fees are absolutely reasonable.If you are concerned about the time and potential for loss to transition your company, big or small, to payrollNW, just do it. I have absolutely NO regrets.
