I was a math educator for 19 years, looking to start a 2nd career. I started applying in January in 2018 and 2019 and got 2 interviews total. Within 6 weeks of contacting Palmer, I began my new career. Without Palmer, I would still be looking. Their recruiters are GREAT people, and this appears to be the way to break into a new career. When I applied, I actually met with 3 recruiters in 3 different areas. I never would have chosen my current career path but I am loving the change so far. I began as a temp and was hired full-time. It was a such a stress relief to have Palmer helping with my resume, doing all the legwork of finding jobs, and advocating for me once I was chosen for an interview and began as a temp. Like any other job, once I got in, it was up to me to earn my way to a full-time position. But I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience and would recommend Palmer to anyone looking for a new career path.
