After 13+ years of processing the payroll and benefits for the company I work for, they are still completely confused. I have to call in every year during open enrollment to make sure they process my medical benefits correctly to avoid them having to take away my Christmas money. Unfortunately they still haven’t been able to process it correctly. Every November they send me an email letting me know that they are going to help themselves to my Christmas money because they were too incompetent to process my medical benefits properly. They are stealers of Christmas joy.
