After 13+ years of processing the payroll and benefits for the company I work for, they are still completely confused. I have to call in every year during open enrollment to make sure they process my medical benefits correctly to avoid them having to take away my Christmas money. Unfortunately they still haven’t been able to process it correctly. Every November they send me an email letting me know that they are going to help themselves to my Christmas money because they were too incompetent to process my medical benefits properly. They are stealers of Christmas joy.

I have several clients who utilize OmegaComp HR's service for HR and Payroll. The team at OmegaComp has been nothing short of excellence in providing prompt responses to my client's urgent needs and/or requests. They are extremely helpful in taking on tasks that would otherwise be very easy for my clients to take care of directly however OmegaComp takes the initiative to always provide excellent customer service and a helping hand. This in turn has always made my clients feel like they can rely on a company who cares, knows the laws and regulations and ensures they are in compliance. Thank you again OmegaComp HR! I'd veer away from using this company. Their payroll and tax processes are super shady. I've got a client who is going through major EDD audit complications because of Omega. Buyer beware!
