I recently purchased a new home in New Jersey and had the pleasure of working with the New Jersey Homes and Estates Team, led by Zvonko Veskov and Kathy Rozmus. While many brokers care about making the final sales commission, I felt that the team really cared more about me buying the "right home", rather than just making a sale. They were especially patient and helpful as we searched for the eventual purchase. In addition, Zvonko and Kathy were both very sincere and honest with me, treating me less like a client and more like a "friend" in what turned out to be a very collaborative and enjoyable process. I will definitely plan to work with this same team again as my home needs dictate.
