I recently purchased a new home in New Jersey and had the pleasure of working with the New Jersey Homes and Estates Team, led by Zvonko Veskov and Kathy Rozmus. While many brokers care about making the final sales commission, I felt that the team really cared more about me buying the "right home", rather than just making a sale. They were especially patient and helpful as we searched for the eventual purchase. In addition, Zvonko and Kathy were both very sincere and honest with me, treating me less like a client and more like a "friend" in what turned out to be a very collaborative and enjoyable process. Zvonko Veskov was recommended to me by a local lawyer in Garfield. I could not have been more thankful for referring me to such a charm, trustworthy, elegant and worth of European gentleman. He was very personable, attentive and responsive to my needs in the sale of my home after 71 years of ownership by my family. He was wonderful in communicating between buyer and myself with a quick resolution to all matters. He was very flexible and made himself available to take care of everything from the beginning until the closing. In addition to assisting me in selling my home, Mr. Veskov went an extra mile and arranged my relocation to a beautiful apartment at Garfield Housing Center.
