As a business we have never used an agency before so this was a new experience for us. We approached Neaves & Neat to assist us and they gave us all the help that we would possibly need to fill our vacancy. They gave us a selection of highly suitable candidates and helped us through the interview process, also offering us the use of their Boardroom for our interviews to ensure privacy and it was a great working space away from our offices. The candidates were great and we were spoilt for choice at the offer stage as we had a number that we could choose from that could do the job. We especially liked the option of 'Temp to Perm' so that we could try out a candidate before offering them a permanent job. We will now be taking on our chosen candidate permanently having had him working with us temporarily for the last six months. He is the perfect addition to our 25 strong team in every way.
