As a business we have never used an agency before so this was a new experience for us. We approached Neaves & Neat to assist us and they gave us all the help that we would possibly need to fill our vacancy. They gave us a selection of highly suitable candidates and helped us through the interview process, also offering us the use of their Boardroom for our interviews to ensure privacy and it was a great working space away from our offices. The candidates were great and we were spoilt for choice at the offer stage as we had a number that we could choose from that could do the job. We especially liked the option of 'Temp to Perm' so that we could try out a candidate before offering them a permanent job. We will now be taking on our chosen candidate permanently having had him working with us temporarily for the last six months. He is the perfect addition to our 25 strong team in every way. Thank you so much for your help, we will definitely use you again!

The best recruitment agency in Cambridgeshire!! These guys went above and beyond to help me find a job and were always at the end of the phone if needed. I have settled in very well within my new role, and it's all thanks to the help and support from Hayley and the team!! I even received a congratulations card from them when the company i was working temporary for offered me a permanent role. Super helpful staff. Having just come back from uni and looking to go into a PhD at some point in the future, I needed to find a job that would allow me time to research and was somewhat temporary. I worked as a temp about 5 years ago with Neaves and Neat for some 6 months and they were brilliant at finding me positions, keeping me posted, keeping me working and just generally a great team to work with. I then used N&N this year to find a new permanent position and again they came up trumps with a great position. N&N were constantly ensuring I was happy, ready for the interview, after interview care and then follow on care after I was offered the position. The best employment agency I have been with.
