Decent service though you have to follow up every action. It happened more than once when different people gave me different advice. Today I could have avoided paying extra £140 but unfortunately the person I spoke to did not care enough to tell me that I was making a mistake.Long story short- if you have time to check if the advice Nannytax is giving you is truly what is best for you, they can be an ok option.

This company are very good. They are a Nanny and Household Staff Tax and Payroll service provider with their offices based in Brighton, Sussex. They offer lots of very helpful and up to date guides, HR support and an employment contract review as a part of their service. If you need insurance for a nanny, they have this covered too! Nothing is too much trouble, and we regularly touch base with their team.

I've been using Nannytax for around five years now and have been nothing but highly impressed with their service. The team are thoroughly professional, helpful and diligent. The service is truly exceptional value given everything that is entailed via their payroll offering. Their efficiency and experience, plus pleasant telephone / email manner removes any possible worries or inconveniences of trying to manage an employee's or employees yourself. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Think very very carefully before you use Nannytax and part with your hard earned cash.They gave us incorrect advice 3 years ago resulting in an overpayment of £1200 to our Nanny over the years. They refuse to take responsibility for this and I was told by the Manager to “just draw a line under it and move on.” On top of this, I asked nearly a week ago to be emailed over the complaints procedure and everything that had been discussed with the Manager about this issue in hand - despite several promises that I would have that email on 2 separate occasions, I still have nothing in my inbox and have yet again (as I seem to do most days now) spent 15 minutes of my daily commute on hold on the phone to Nannytax to chase this. Alongside this, I recently emailed their team to get clarification on a few tax questions and had to chase twice before I received a response over a week later. The worst thing is that the advice they gave me was highly incorrect (once again) which thankfully I realised after a quick search on Google!! Had I accepted what they told me (why wouldn't you as they're the "experts" aren't they?), I could have been out of pocket significantly yet again. I wanted to give Nannytax a chance to redeem themselves before writing this review, however after waiting for nearly a week now with still no email from their Manager, that chance has now gone and I will be seeking legal advice on this matter.
