Very impressed. Nannychex staff are courteous, responsive, organized, diligent, and personable. The enrollment process was straightforward and everything was seamlessly coordinated thereafter. The integrity they bring to their customer service is exceptional. When I misunderstood a feature of their service, Mr. Gelman kindly explained it to me and waived the associated fees. I can't remember the last time I experienced such genuine customer service or a company so committed to customer satisfaction. If only more companies were like this!
