Absolutely terrible scammers. Stole money off me, charging more for my IR3 refund than the refund I received. EDIT: Their response below is an outright lie as they DID charge more for my IR3 return than what I was supposed to receive.

Charged $99 to recover my wife's IR3 tax refund of less than this amount, therefore stealing money from us. Really hard for us both being students and relying on income such as IR3 refunds to live on. Shame this company is too greedy.

Would never go near this company again.My wife decided to use Mytax to file her tax returns. At the beginning of 2017 we were both students and needed to have a short term job in the holidays to afford the rent for the semester. She did some contract work for an organisation in this short term and earned under $300, taking away withholding tax of around $80The plan was to file for this withholding tax ourselves as an IR3 and recover it. When we filed for a tax refund and Mytax did the IR3 form (which was not outlined well that they would do). They then proceeded to charge $99 to recover her $80 withholding refund. Mytax stole around $20 from us that we were expecting to recover all of as we are still students, trying to afford rent. Unacceptable from a company that promises low fees. Efforts have been made to have a more reasonable fee and outcome, however Mytax is far too greedy to compromise.

Horrible company, do not ever file with them!!They will steal your money!!! they charged me 41.5% fee for doing simple tax return. The fee amount was not clearly stated when preparing the tax return so I was not aware how much they've charged me.

I have used Mytax for the last 9 years for my Personal tax returns and the last 3 years for both my Personal and Rental Property tax returns. They have consistently provided a super fast, reliable and friendly service. I would have no hesitation recommending Mytax.
