Dr. Gayle is the best! I gladly drive past all the providers in the Charleston/Summerville area to get my physicals performed by her. She's professional and treats you with respect. She won't play games and gets you in and out so you can get back to your day. I'll definitely keep coming back to her when it's time for a new card!

Customer service was excellent. Apparently, exams end at 4:30 pm and I was arriving later. I called ahead and explained I needed a non-DOT exam but will arrive by 4:40 pm. The associate said to come on and she would perform the exam. I arrived and was completely processed by 5:05 pm!

I took a tb test last year and lost my results they gave me. So I called up there to see if they might had them still on file. They did! Also I didn't really remember what month it was and the wonderful lady that answered the phone today looked it up for 3 different months and found the results which is saving me from having to get tested again and having to spent money I don't have right now. She was a God sent! Thanks For your help everyone was so nice when I came a got tested also, super clean and the price was to best especially for students.

I went there for drug testing for my new job and when I arrived the young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and was making side gestures to the examiner about me behind my back. She thought I was not paying attention but I had someone with me who saw everything! It was my first time there so I was a little unsure of what to do when I came in. She asked if I had any paperwork and I told her I had what my employer sent me via email and she immediately caught an attitude and took my phone out of my hands to see the form that was in my email. I was not sure if it was going to be a drug test through hair sample or urine so I was a little unprepared for the urine test when I came back outside to tell the examiner that I could not use the restroom and that I needed water she burst out laughing. I mean I get it, it's funny. But I would expect for her to be a little more professional seeing that she worked there. Advice to management, get the lady with the jumbo braids away from front desk! When people come in they should want to feel welcomed not treated as a nuisance.

I can't say how much I enjoyed this place. I just came in to get some blood work done, which I wasn't looking forward to. I don't like needles, but I needed to have it done. The people there were nice and pleasant and it was a good experience. I even got my results in a timely manner and everything was great!!! Will definitely go back!!!

Seemed like a great place upon arriving. However, when I went to the front desk to sign in the lady was very rude and unprofessional. When I was called to the back, she continued to have a bad attitude and did not speak to me throughout my visit. When I came back at another time to get my test read. I signed in and I told her my reason for being there.. In the WAITING room she yells "hello give me your arm!!" Also, when asked to sign the forms I was required to get filled, she stopped me before I could explain why and refused. I tried again explaining that I needed the forms for school she then huffed and sighed but eventually signed. Do not work there if you do not like your job! It was very unprofessional! NOT going back!
