Feedback:

This law firm has all the right words to get you on board. After signing on the dotted line I received copies of letters to my husbands “employer” seeking death benefits for him (he’s still very much alive) then has to recant that to state he’s still alive. I provided them with ALL his medical history only to be tossed between 3 different lawyers because one went on maturity leave and then told they thought this would be a very difficult case. Not ONE phone call to understand the complexity of this case and after 6 months - NOTHING!!!! You want a law firm/lawyer that cares and wants to help you find justice? Then DO NOT call them!!!

Feedback:

5 stars is just not enough for Mr. Boonswang (Chad) and his team. This is the firm that you want to have on your side when you are facing intricate legal problems. They are incredibly professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Excellent communication. Easy to work with. Chad went above and beyond on our case- we can't recommend Boonswang Law enough!

Feedback:

The Boonswang Law Firm fought the insurance company, took them to court, and won me the entirety of the money I was owed. Mr. Boonswang and his group of lawyers are absolutely incredible and the best at what they do. I would give them 10 stars if I could!.

Feedback:

I've been working with this law firm for almost a year now. They have been very helpful and have answered all my questions. Thay have been great to work with and I like knowing that even though we are not their only clients I still feel that we are. They always take time to take my calls and answer my questions when ever I call in for an update. Thank you for all that you've done and continue to do.

Feedback:

In late November 2018, I spoke to "John", Chad Boonswang's assistant. I explained my legal matter to him and he gave me a high-pressure pitch as to why I should use the Boonswang firm. On Nov 29, 2018 he sent me a contract indicating a 25% contingent fee which I did not sign. I called back a few days later and spoke to Chad directly. After going over details of my case and discussing the contingent fee, he agreed to take 12% for strictly going after the insurance company. Within a few hours, a new contract was emailed to me from Chad himself, with a 15% fee indicated on the contract. I immediately wrote Chad reminding him that we had just agreed on the phone to a 12% fee, not 15% and I also addressed a few other things in the contract, such as the "extras" that they can charge for but omit the dollar amounts for those charges (copying, phone calls, gas, etc...) I asked that the extras be included in the 12% fee and be indicated as such in the contract. I also asked about the clause that states that in the event we win the case, the monies, minus their 15% fee, will be deposited into my account. I asked that a time frame be included for that deposit to be made, such as "within 48 hours the monies will be deposited into my account." I voiced my concern that without a specific timeline, they could legally hold the monies for a month or longer. That email was sent to Chad Dec 4, 2018 and I did not hear back from him despite me writing two follow-up emails asking for an update.Today, Jan 17, 2019, I called and spoke to Chad. He remembered me and my case and said that he never agreed to 12 or 15%. I told him that he did and he said, "Whatever is discussed verbally doesn't matter. What matters is what's in the contract and I would never agree to anything less than 25%." I then read HIS contract aloud to him, which clearly said 15%.He fumbled a bit for words and then said that he would not honor the contract (that he sent to me from his email) and that he was going to have John revoke it. So despite Chad Boonswang agreeing on the phone that he would accept 12% as a contingent fee, then sending me a contract that said 15%, and after he said today that he would only honor what was in writing (in this case, 15%), he then changed his mind within seconds and reneged on our agreement. This man is shady, greedy and dishonest. He agreed to 12% on the phone. I have a witness who heard the entire conversation. He sent a contract for 15% (3% more than our agreed upon percentage) and then refuses to even honor the 15% saying that he would have never agreed to that low percentage (despite me having it in writing from Chad's own email.) I think this guy is a swindler and people should read very carefully any contract they sign with him. He is a scammer who gives good lawyers a bad name.

Feedback:

I just want to start out by saying “thank God for google.” Because google is where I found Chad Boonswang’s Law Firm and what an incredible experience it was from there. A little over a year ago, my father passed away. He had left myself and my brother with a substantial amount of money in the form of life insurance to keep us from going into debt after his passing. Mind you, my father was a great man and a man of his word. Shortly after he passed away, I filed the paperwork to receive the life insurance benefit that my father had paid for. After some time I received paperwork stating, that because my father had died within the two year contestability period of the policy, they would have to investigate the policy overall to see if there was any deception. Nine months passed by and the life insurance company had finally reached a decision on whether they were going to pay or not. Their decision was to not pay out the policy. Their conclusion was based on “misrepresentation” in the questionnaire that he had given “recorded” vocal responses. Questions that were regarding his health. My family and I were stunned to say the least. Fast forward about four months later and I look up attorneys that had misrepresentation cases on google. Chad Boonswang’s Law Firm popped up. I clicked on the link and gave the phone number a call. Chad has a demeanor about him that is something you very rarely come across. It is a go get it done attitude. Chad and his team were on the case and within a short amount of time, I received a phone call from his office stating, they had submitted the paperwork, and to not call back but instead in about two months they would call me with the decision. Exactly, two months later I received a very heartfelt phone call from Chad personally explaining that he had won the case. Chad had given back to me something more important than money. He had given my father’s honor back to me and the rest of my family. For that I am forever grateful to Chad and his law firm and if you are still reading this review and wondering if you should call or not, trust me, call! You will thank yourself that you did. Thank you Chad and your team from the entire Haynes family, and know you are always welcome in Texas!

I am very happy with the work the Boonswang Law Firm did on my life insurance case. He is a very knowledgeable attorney and dealt with my case quickly. I received the funds due me in a much shorter time than I expected. I highly recommend his services.
