I feel like I've been violated. During set-up they took my debit card # then a month or so later I got an email saying the there's a problem with my account and that they might deactivate the account. I called and they said they needed my card # again. I gave it to them. They took out $375. After another month or so, same thing but a little harsher message. They said that they are deactivating my account because of a payment problem. At this point they hadn't completed any bookkeeping at all, so I emailed back and said I'm ok with the deactivation, since they hadn't done any work, but I'd like a refund for the money I had already payed them. I got an email back saying that if I called in with my debit card number, they could fix it all, no deactivation. They also said that they are now working on my bookkeeping an will be uploading data shortly. This time I didn't call and give them my ccard. Two days later, they uploaded some bookeeping. Then a few days after that they took another $125 out of my account. They must have found my debit card number????? So I called, and tried to get a refund. No luck. They said that because they did some work, even though it was after they said there were going to deactivate my account, I was SOL. Not enough money involved to hire an attorney. Too far to drive for drive for a small claims, so it looks like I'll have to eat the money and get new debit card number so they'll stop taking money from my account. I'm not sure what else to do. Anyway, buyer beware. Hope my experience helps someone else.
