TERRIBLE SCAM SERVICE. I was opted in automatically when I signed up for my LLC creation through one of their "partners" I told them several times I wasnt interested, via text, email and on the phone. The emails and texts wont stop! What a scam. I dont want your services, please REMOVE me from your incessant contacts. You are breaking the law.

Mazuma made it possible for my husband to do our business and personal taxes quickly, efficiently and above all at a fraction of the price our accountant charged us. (90 percent less!) Call them and do yourself a huge financial favor. For a small monthly service fee, you also get unlimited emails and calls to your personal CPA at no additional charge too!! EVERYTHING is included. Amber and John were amazing. Thank you!

It seems like they still do not know what they are doing. I had to call and follow up on them several times just to get a meeting. Then once they got the information they never got my reports finished for the free trial. Unsatisfied with the customer service I cancelled before I even got the "free reports", then I saw the following month that they still billed my account! Again no work was completed. Now I am having to spend time getting them to pay me back for work they never did!

I feel like I've been violated. During set-up they took my debit card # then a month or so later I got an email saying the there's a problem with my account and that they might deactivate the account. I called and they said they needed my card # again. I gave it to them. They took out $375. After another month or so, same thing but a little harsher message. They said that they are deactivating my account because of a payment problem. At this point they hadn't completed any bookkeeping at all, so I emailed back and said I'm ok with the deactivation, since they hadn't done any work, but I'd like a refund for the money I had already payed them. I got an email back saying that if I called in with my debit card number, they could fix it all, no deactivation. They also said that they are now working on my bookkeeping an will be uploading data shortly. This time I didn't call and give them my ccard. Two days later, they uploaded some bookeeping. Then a few days after that they took another $125 out of my account. They must have found my debit card number????? So I called, and tried to get a refund. No luck. They said that because they did some work, even though it was after they said there were going to deactivate my account, I was SOL. Not enough money involved to hire an attorney. Too far to drive for drive for a small claims, so it looks like I'll have to eat the money and get new debit card number so they'll stop taking money from my account. I'm not sure what else to do. Anyway, buyer beware. Hope my experience helps someone else.

Searched high and low for a firm that could accommodate our boutique web business, and what a blessing it was to find Mazuma (fun fact: the word "mazuma" is actually a Yiddish term for money). With Mazuma we have a designated Accountant and Bookkeeper taking care of us, and any time we've needed advice, clarification, and even reassurance they've been there for us—always patient and willing to provide what we need to feel confident.
