I contacted and met with Mike Mauldin several months ago since I knew as a first time business owner I would need help around tax season and with random questions. Called and asked to schedule a meeting, receptionist told me quarterly tax payments were due Jan 31 and I believed her, so we scheduled for Jan 16. Found out they are actually due Jan 15 and when I call to try and get help estimating them, am fired as a client. First time calling to get assistance and am fired. They also didn't file my S corp application correctly earlier this year, so I won't be eligible for that. No CPA is going to be taking new clients this time of year, so I am essentially F****ED.
