I have used their service for years and have never had an issue. This is a great place to avoid the long lines at the post office. I have also used the printing service for flyers I have made in full color.

I needed to send a package overnight in an emergency situation. I explained to the clerk that I did not want a signature since no one would be home to sign during business hours. She then asked me if I wanted insurance which I got but with no signature. I was charged $91.10 for this small package and it did not arrive because the insurance triggered a signature for which I was never informed. I called Fed Ex and they stated that I should have been told about the signature and, since no one would be there to sign for subsequent deliveries, they returned the package. When I called the next day, Craig Hansen the manager/owner, berated me for calling Fed Ex, and said they should not have talked with me and basically accused me of lying. When I asked him why I would spend $91.50 for an overnight package that I knew would not arrive because no one would be there to sign he got angry and said he would return my money because they did not communicate with me but I never received a refund. When I called to find out when I could expect my refund, he said he was waiting to hear from Fed Ex and when I called again a week later, he would not speak to me. This happened three weeks ago.This business does not deserve your business since no customer should be treated with such disrespect and rudeness.

I would never use the service again, but was forced to because the post office was closed. I was quoted $34 to ship my box Priority by the woman behind the counter. She then told me that if we used one of their boxes it would only cost $24 so we unloaded all the stuff from our box into one of their boxes. Then she rang up the box again and it still cost $34 but this is the kicker – she wanted to charge me five dollars for using one of their boxes! I had a box free! It was craziness!

The girl in front was so so nice! However I wouldn't recommend using this shipping center they charged me 1 dollar for one piece of tape! Greedy owner gets away with this because of small town!!

This place is well stocked and has most everything you need or they will order it for you, like custom signs.The people working there are long time locals and still have the old fashioned Mammoth charm, which is really hard to find these days in Mammoth with so many out of towners moving here.Great easy location to get to.
