I am writing this review as an accountant and Enrolled Agent who is now having to fix the mess this company left my client in. It is unbelievable they have not been shut down or gone out of business. They take advantage of small businesses that aren't aware of all the filings necessary (which is why people hire accountants) by pretending to do a good job and charging for doing almost nothing, and in some cases making things much worse. In fact, my clients story is almost identical to a review left a month ago so I am afraid there will be many more of these reviews as people start realizing these people are not actually doing the work as the balance due and non filing letters start piling up...Furthermore, when my client needed all their company data backups and informed them they would be transferring over to a new accountant, they refused to answer emails or return calls and I ended up having to call the state of WA Dept. of Revenue so we could revoke their access to my clients account in order for us to complete the excise filings timely.
