Came in for finger prints my appointment was at 2:15. The staff was very friendly even in the middle of dealing with a very unpleasant woman being rude to the staff from my understanding, because the woman did not know how to book an appointment correctly on her phone. Booking my appointment was very easy and self explanatory and I booked it correctly on my 1st attempt. They dealt with the woman very professionally and respectfully even after the woman kept giving them attitude and slamming her information and cards on the front desk. I think its very nasty and unfair when someone writes a bad review about a company due to they're ignorance. Keep up the good work Macdata.

Called Michelle at MacData to get an appt for real estate application fingerprints. Very unhelpful. Told me the only way to get an appt is to book through the website, which I did for 2:15 pm. I had to pull car over, they would not take it over the phone, to make appt. I arrived at 1:55 and found out the appt did not go through on their end. Drove 45 miles to get there. Ahhhh. They would not help to get me in. I had to make another appt in front of them on my phone, to show them how I did it, it did not go through. Finally after 2 more attempts it went through. My new appt was for 2:45 I i had to wait 1 hr to get in. Not service oriented at all. Very defensive, no apologies or help. Good thing there are not in the sales business. Hope this helps people avoid issues if coming along way.

I went in on Monday to get my fingerprints done for my alcohol license. I did not read my reminder and did not have what was required when I arrived. The website states if you do not have what you need you will be rescheduled. They were very helpful and allowed me to stay and find what I needed. By the time I found what I needed 30 minutes had passed. They did have other customers waiting but got me right in. I really appreciated it because I had waited until the last minute to get it done. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend.

I send all of my employees to MacData for our fingerprinting. We have worked with them for several years. They are wonderful. If I ever have a question or issue I call them and am immediately taken care of! Wonderful staff and owners.

I have used Macdata for both livescan fingerprinting and pre-employment background checks. The staff is nothing but friendly, professional and helpful. I have gone into the office on multiple occasions without an appointment and they helped me right away. Their wonderful service keeps me going back!

Excellent Excellent Service- Stephanie and Tracee are very professional and extremely helpful, courteous and amazingly friendly. You are made aware at time of making an appointment what you will need to bring and they even send reminder again before you come in. Walk in with all of your documents in order and you are in and out literally in minutes. Will never go anywhere else!!! Thanks Stephanie and Tracee for a wonderful experience !!!

You will not be greeted with a smile. Literally the worst service you can imagine. The receptionist went in the back room and talked about her social life for 20 minutes taking up the staff member’s time who is responsible for taking fingerprints. My appointment was for 12:15, recieved finger printing at 1:09. Not for any reason should you waste your time going here.
