We bought a whirlpool refrigerator back on August 18th 2018 and still have yet to receive it. Were told on separate occassions it was on the truck to be delivered. I have spoken with every manager at the store, I've sent emails to corporate, spoken with corporate on multiple occasions. I will NOT buy anything else from Lowe's. This has been a nightmare that should have been taken care of immediately. Not to mention we lost $500 worth of food because we sold the refrigerator and they picked it up because we were told at 9am that morning, it was on the truck to be delivered that day. Worst customer service EVER!!! CALL THE STORE AND NOBODY ANSWERS. When they do answer they place you on hold and never come back, or hang up on you!!!!!
