Appliance repair contract is a joke. My Samsung fridge has been broken for 31 days. They tell me parts are on order and they will be in any day now. It's gotten to the point I've spent 4-5 hours on the phone and now have to purchase a new fridge and file a small claims suit in court. Don't buy from Lowe's!

I had a kitchen remodel. I bought into a program for this. Program canceled after i signed contract. Worse experience of my life. I was lied to and work was not done when promised. I have health issues that lowes was told about. That didnt seem to matter. I am considering contacting news media. Lowes doesnt care about me or job that was done. All about money. I TRUSTED Lowes. Well i was terribly wrong in putting trust in them. Tried all avenues I was told to try. Cant even get a call back from regional vp. Cant talk to corp. Complaints, only call center. I say BS.

Recently my wife and I had Lowes do a small bathroom floor upgrade. We experienced several problems but the worst was waiting on one small piece that was holding up finishing . After several calls and trips to our home town store I call Corporate in wilkesboro. I explained my problem and was put in touch with a lady named Autumn . She told me she would take care of my problem in short order . Take care she did , had my part on the way here in a week . She told me she was going on vacation but would stay in touch and made sure job was finished. When she came off vacation , call to make sure . Don't guess everyone should call Corporate but if you do and Autumn is assigned to help you ,tell her thank you and go fishing , your parts done !

No follow up or apology from this chat on 8/17 about you losing my dog and coming before sunrise and not speaking English/having your order straight. You still haven't done my moms gutters 2 months after the order. You've lost a customer and another credit card account.

Im in Nashville Tn...I went to the Lowes on Bell Road and was very disrespected by an employee, don"t know if he was having a bad day or what but thats no excuse..will be calling corporate.

We bought a whirlpool refrigerator back on August 18th 2018 and still have yet to receive it. Were told on separate occassions it was on the truck to be delivered. I have spoken with every manager at the store, I've sent emails to corporate, spoken with corporate on multiple occasions. I will NOT buy anything else from Lowe's. This has been a nightmare that should have been taken care of immediately. Not to mention we lost $500 worth of food because we sold the refrigerator and they picked it up because we were told at 9am that morning, it was on the truck to be delivered that day. Worst customer service EVER!!! CALL THE STORE AND NOBODY ANSWERS. When they do answer they place you on hold and never come back, or hang up on you!!!!!

To bad lowes has no care about the customer only the money. I had a refigerator delivered that day it was ranning the delivery people backed off my driveway and did 600.00 dollars in damages but lowes uses jbhunt to deliver lowes product . But i fond out later jbhunt had subed my delivery out to another trucking company which does nt care abount the customer. Then they removed my old refigerator that i was going to sell but it was so damaged i had to destroy it. I want ever buy anything elese from lowes.

Went to Lowes in Mt. Pocono Pa. at 645 pm to buy a riding lawn mower talked to a woman that works there and she said John will be there in a few minutes after 15 minutes i went to the counter and the manger told me he will be right there. After another 10 minutes John showed up and said he was going to check the stock and never returned. I then went back to the counter and saw John working at the paint counter and when i told the manger he told me he was going to help me. I walked out after the manger said i was lying.
