I’m writing this review because I feel that it is necessary to spread awareness to the community that Lofton supports “Harassment” at the work place. I do not recommend anyone work for this security company. The company knows about the bullying that goes on with their leadership guy Sonnier and nothing is being done. He has displayed multiple behaviors of disrespect, he is inexperienced, need training in leadership and people skills. Lofton allows him to disrespect women when he goes around doing his post checks. If someone is harassing you, I encourage you to "stand up for yourself", write it down, and turn it in no matter the outcome. I’ve never been late, missed a day, or had any problems at any of the properties they assigned me to the year that I worked for this company. I reported this behavior to the corporate office and nothing was done about this guy. Something should have been done the first time that I reported his disrespectful behaviors. I’ve never been fired for doing my job and Ive never been harassed with any other company that Ive worked for. This is a first. Lake Charles and Lafayette La. Lofton employees, beware! If he display disrespectful behaviors, tell somebody, write it down, and maybe they'll do something about him. Good Luck.
