I’m writing this review because I feel that it is necessary to spread awareness to the community that Lofton supports “Harassment” at the work place. I do not recommend anyone work for this security company. The company knows about the bullying that goes on with their leadership guy Sonnier and nothing is being done. He has displayed multiple behaviors of disrespect, he is inexperienced, need training in leadership and people skills. Lofton allows him to disrespect women when he goes around doing his post checks. If someone is harassing you, I encourage you to "stand up for yourself", write it down, and turn it in no matter the outcome. I’ve never been late, missed a day, or had any problems at any of the properties they assigned me to the year that I worked for this company. I reported this behavior to the corporate office and nothing was done about this guy. Something should have been done the first time that I reported his disrespectful behaviors. I’ve never been fired for doing my job and Ive never been harassed with any other company that Ive worked for. This is a first. Lake Charles and Lafayette La. Lofton employees, beware! If he display disrespectful behaviors, tell somebody, write it down, and maybe they'll do something about him. Good Luck.

The ladies in the office are rude and can't be bothered. There is one in a glass office that is very arrogant. They seem unorganized and were even gossiping while I was in ear shot. Seem kinda prejudice too. Would never recommend anyone to this place! Looks are deceiving with these ladies.Oh btw- my friend works for the security side. The one in the glass office -I think she said her name is Amber- threatens to fire people just to be a bully!!! You're a Staffing company. Aren't you supposed to be in the business to employ people and not unemployment people??? NOW I really don't recommend this place! Go somewhere else if you are looking and trying to use them if you are a local business!!!!!

I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND ONLY WORKED TWICE AND YES I FEEL LIKE THEY THINK THEY ARE BEING BOTHERERED WHEN I CALL TO CHECK IN AS AVAILABLE.
