I have paid for these services through my employer only to find out I never had the service! They admitted they had received my funds but are confused about who should pay them back. REALLY? Now that I’m “active” the very first legal question I have I was directed to my employer HR department! I truly feel the CS reps just use that line to get paying customers off the phone! Total waste of money!
