Feedback:

Public service? They lied about contacting me concerning my Medicaid case and gave the Hearing Officer false information; then steered me to agree to something without full understanding which caused me to LOSE my Medicaid and receive $136 less a month! Get an attorney!

So far so good. I was beyond surprised to receive my phone interview on my way back home from filling out the application on site. Everyone is much friendlier and much more informative than Cleveland.

I only gor thru to somebody once and that person was rude and mean and They never answer there phones I called a hundred times about my application I still never gotten a answer from anybody EVER or even a call back

I've had only small issues until now. Nancy Day, one of the workers whom I've never heard of, called me and left me a voice mail today. She was rude, belittling, and completely unprofessional. I understand they deal with some tough people but does that mean treat everyone poorly? Do they care? probably not. She said things like " I doubt you drive this distance with the small amount of pay that you make." Are you kidding me?! On top of that she hung up on me..I know we DID NOT get disconnected! So I went back into work very frustrated and when I got home today I received a nasty voicemail blaming the ended call on me in a sarcastic voice that made me realize she indeed had hung up on me. I was so disgusted it honestly made me want to drop all my assistance! She is a very sick individual and I am sorry for anyone that has to deal with her! Its so sad people are like that.God bless the people who actually care!

Never truly helps, waste of time, oh and will cancel your child's health coverage but the adult is good and can keep theirs.

I wouldnt even give it a one star. But apparently i had to. We begged and begged and the supervisor said by 2pm they will expedite it and now they are making up lies saying they called and such. All they do is play games. Now we have a appointment next week when we had to struggle already for weeks and find stuff to make for my kids to get full. They only care for themselves and that paycheck. I cant believe they say they help people in need but yet i bet they can go home to there family and have a 5 course meal.

I would give zero stars if I could . Always a hassle , my case worker is never friendly , keep sending me the same forms over and over. Always losing applications, or taking unbelievably long times to process. Waste of taxpayers money.

Absolutely horrible people. Refuse to help me. Send me 100s of pages of paperwork a week. Doesn't keep anything together its all seperate. No idea how any of these people keep their jobs. After turning in paperwork you must call all your caseworkers to tell them you turned in paperwork. It's a full time job keeping up with their mess just to get foodstamps

How hard is it to put an envelope in the mailbox. They should fire everybody and restart. Horrible service.
