The provide excellent tax planning strategies that my wife and I have been looking for all these years!

I don't normally write reviews but in the case of exceptional service I feel need to. From the moment they answered the phone and made my first appointment I knew I was at the right place to help my family through a very difficult time. The employees are so nice to work with and are so happy and helpful. Even with all of the tax issues we were dealing with the entire team helped walk us through the entire process and handle all of the complications. I can not send enough gratitude to everyone. Our entire family are clients for life!

I just wanted to let you know about a problem I am having with Ken R. Adams, CPAs, PA. I took my Dad's Trust to them to help with the taxes. They could not give me an estimate on what it would cost but he said he would do the best he could. I went to pick them up and the bill was $885 for the Trust and $300 for the his personal taxes that I had had 2 different places tell me I did not need so I did not accept the personal taxes. They said Ken Adams would call me about this but he did not. They gave me a sheet of paper that said I owed $190 to the IRS and I sent a check to the IRS. I went home and found they had spelled our last name incorrectly even though they had a whole stack of papers. This week I got a bill from the IRS for $8141.25. I took the bill to Mr Adams office. They email me and advised me I had not paid the $7,946 that was owed. I had no knowledge of the $7,946. I emailed them back that at the very least they should pay the penalties and interest. They said it was my fault for not checking my taxes. I have had my taxes done with another firm for years and they always given me the correct amount and charged me a lot less, they just would not do the Trust.

Ken Adams has to be the most impressive CPA my company has ever worked with. His ideas always amazes our executive department. Not to mention they always deliver what they say they will deliver. When running a large international company having your CPA firm that works as hard as we do is extremely important.

Our prior financial advisor failed to be able to offer the investments that ken Adams could offer. He also could never explain the tax harvesting strategies that ken has been able to maximize for our portfolio and this year alone we have earned over 100000 in capital gains in just one year.

Once again they amaze me on their financial knowledge! I have had the pleasure of working with ken and Scott! Scott knowledge of real estate transactions especially 1031 exchanges are impressive! They helped us structure the sale of our apartment complex and saved us over 4 million dollars in taxes!

The form focused on on converting our company to a C Corp under the new trump tax cuts and helped us go from 39 percent tax rate to 21 percent! That will save our company over 200k this year that Ken’s financial firm is setting up a 401k plan for our employees that we can set up as well. That will save us another 50k per year! Most firms can only offer tax preparation but Ken’s firm offers the ful package. Tax consulting, 401k plans, payroll all under one office. Our company can not believe we we went all these years paying so much taxes. The amount of money Ken’s firm could have helped us save would be close to 800k by now.

A client of mine recommended Ken Adams and we contacted him for his counsel, however, I could not be more dissatisfied with the service that was rendered. He misadvised us and indicated that we should be formed as an C-Corp and now we have a tax liability of thousands of dollars based on his quick analysis on the phone. He never ran the numbers to correctly advise us regarding our entity structure. Additionally, he charged us and never returned our calls to discuss this error. I would not recommend this CPA at all.
