In July of this yr ('19), I chose this tax agency because it was recommended by Clark Howard. Judi Lathrop in Karla's office in Buena Park critiqued something I had to send to the IRS & I paid her WELL for her advice. However, after receiving a reply from the IRS, I have called this office many, many times for Judi's op re what the letter said and they rarely pick up the phone :-( When someone finally did (answer) after weeks of calling them, I emailed the letter from the IRS to their office per the receptionist's request,, but they have not replied in over a week and, again, I have called many, many times & left VMs. :-( :-( BAD service :-((
