Horrible customer service, they change assigned CPAs without notifying the client, and they are not good at keeping clients informed of any changes. They also don't return calls on time, we couldn't get through our assigned cpa, so we had to wait for her or him to call us back which took forever.

I have been working with CPAs and enrolled agents for more than 27 years as a client and as an attorney doing business litigation and transactions. Normally, such professionals are detail-oriented - they necessarily have to be- and know taxes. However, very few are as detailed in how they run their businesses as Karla Dennis as her team. They pay attention to detail from the first free consultation through the final return-filing or strategy meeting. Karla and her team are also charming but persistent in following up to make sure items get done or milestones are accomplished. Last, Karla and her team are not just knowledgeable, they are articulate and happy to take the time to break down complex tax and financial concepts into ideas that normal folks can understand. And they do this regardless whether the client is just having an individual return done or is trying to set up a multi-entity tax and financial strategy. I consult with Karla regularly on tax matters- not just me but also for and on behalf of my clients. I could not recommend Karla or her team more highly.

Unbelievable! I normally don't write reviews. But after the service we received I had to write a review to thank Team Karla . I was referred here by a friend. I wanted to meet with Karla but their process required a questionnaire first and then a meeting with other staff. Well worth it. Karlton explained the process thoroughly. With in 48 hours I meet with Allan. This is not tax preparer office. These are tax professionals. HUGE Difference. The best part is our tax bill is less. I will be back and refer my friends.

In July of this yr ('19), I chose this tax agency because it was recommended by Clark Howard. Judi Lathrop in Karla's office in Buena Park critiqued something I had to send to the IRS & I paid her WELL for her advice. However, after receiving a reply from the IRS, I have called this office many, many times for Judi's op re what the letter said and they rarely pick up the phone :-( When someone finally did (answer) after weeks of calling them, I emailed the letter from the IRS to their office per the receptionist's request,, but they have not replied in over a week and, again, I have called many, many times & left VMs. :-( :-( BAD service :-((

I hired them to do my tax returns and they did a good job. I was skeptical at first because of some of the reviews but I know how that can be so I decided to give them a try. Glad I did. They amended my back taxes which were not done correct and I received over $1,000 in refunds. I then engaged with them to do tax planning - this is where I wish I had met this company years ago. Best decision ....I now see where I literally overpaid thousands of dollars. My suggestion is try them for yourself. I am a business owner and I referred my two neighbors who are W-2ed both are happy.

I’m very upset do to the fact my wife and I were “SOLD” into paying for representation and a false hopes of getting our OIC approved. They were SO confident on the phone with us and made use believe it was going to be a piece of cake, that our situation would be analyzed and the offer would more than likely be accepted....BUT OUT OF NOWHERE once they took our money it became “O, We don’t recommend you do a OIC, it won’t be accepted” This sucks on all levels. This experience has been nothing but full of regrets with the company. We’ve been dealing with unanswered calls, unorganized portal documentation, to late filings on “The Company’s ” behalf, and what I’m telling you now, whoever is reading this, this should solidify your thoughts about partnering with KD&A being a mistake. There has been no benefits of doing business we’ve experienced yet. Money & Time has been thrown down the drain. 2k$ later and we’re still at square 1.
