If you are considering a service company for your employees, please look elsewhere. My employer has used this service for several years. The flex spending administration would be comical if it was not so frustrating to deal with. They demand receipts months after a charge. They request receipts and lose the submissions whether they are mailed or emailed -- demanding them again. (That has happened to us repeatedly and consistently.) They claim we have ignored requests for receipts when those requests were never sent (or never received by us). In a recent customer service call, the rep confidently insisted I did not understand the process -- when their online records DIRECTLY and BLATANTLY contradicted her over-the-phone claims. (Admittedly, a supervisor eventually corrected that problem and reallocated funds.) But these are computerized processes -- had I not called to complain, money from my account would just "accidentally" have been forfeited based on a programming "error." This organization is incredibly frustrating to deal with and (at best) appears consistently incompetent and (at worst) may be hedging on their accounting for their own benefit.
