As far as I'm concerned they don't deserve a 1, more like a 0.25. They are money hungry thieves, for the interest and added fees that they charge on sewage bills. I am a disabled elderly person on a fixed income and their added charges are outrageous. My sewage bill has now doubled in price, making it even more difficult to pay. Then they threaten you with having your water shut off. They should be ashamed of themselves.
