I can't really type how dissatisfied I am with this place. They do trash and sewage collection for Crafton Borough. They never sent me a bill for 2017, but made sure to send a notice 11 months later that they were going to put a lien on my property. I drove into their office and offered to pay the face value, minus the late fees, and they told me too bad. Unfortunately I can't afford to take a day off to go to court over $40, but I can't be the only one dealing with it. It's criminal.

As far as I'm concerned they don't deserve a 1, more like a 0.25. They are money hungry thieves, for the interest and added fees that they charge on sewage bills. I am a disabled elderly person on a fixed income and their added charges are outrageous. My sewage bill has now doubled in price, making it even more difficult to pay. Then they threaten you with having your water shut off. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Shorted me a dollar on a refund. Not a big deal but I wanted to know why. When I called to ask, they were rude and mumbled their response. The person kept trying to get off the phone saying, "Okay? Okay?". I wonder how they stay in business.

There should be a 0 star option...Still haven’t received my return for 2017 because I never know what info to send them and it’s different every time I call...currently copying my ENTIRE thing of paperwork from last year and sending it to them AGAIN

They screwed me over because they say I owe them 35 fee plus my regular sewage fee of 54.11$ because I paid online and I got a confirmation # which they won't honor. So they are screwing me because they don't know what their doing. I even talked to a girl on Friday and she said everything was fine. She said I was at a zero balance. Now today I am getting fees for a bill I already paid. Plus I have to pay the original bill. I never late on my bills. I CURSE jordan tax service and all it's employees. I hope nothing good ever happens to them again and they all just get sickness and sadness the rest of there days. I mean there families too. 😾

Paid off my house 2017 and Jordan never sent a 2017 school tax bill to me. Before I knew it I was charged hundreds in penalties and fees. Seems to me there is a pattern with this company

Every time I have had to deal with these guys it has been painful. Wish my township didn't use this mickey mouse club.
