Tyler R found me on LinkedIn. First I thought he is the same as the rest recruiters who contacted me through LinkedIn. But I was wrong. Jobspring is special. First Tyler, actually the whole team, met me in person. Go over my experiences, strength, my needs, my career goal in details. They really listened, since the companies they recommended later are all the companies I like - close to home, stable and well known. They have a good relationship with the hire managers. They understood what company needs. One position I like however I think I might not qualify based on the job description and hesitate to apply. Scott called the hire manager and ease my hesitation. After phone screen, on-site, I got the offer from that company. It is a super good offer. Without Scott, Tyler and Jobspring partners, I will definitely pass that company.
