I would say I would like to thank you for all the staff this place they can answer all the questions that you need to know as far as unemployment benefit claim is concerned But this is not a place that you can claim your benefits there is another number to call. Or you can do it online over there if you don't have a computer the good thing when you do it over there and if you have a question on the spot they can help you understand the way question is given because it can be confusing in other words they would explain it to you in simple terms then you'll take it your answer from there only the facts. Again my observation I have noticed every staff with the leadership of Suzan the administrator were very helpful and great service these were the facts based on my experienced being there.
