As a small business owner this organization is the biggest joke I have ever seen. I have paid money in for over 3 years and the 1 time it was ever attempted to be used, it was denied. Appealed with solid evidence and lost that too. So, if you pay in becaus you have to your money will not be allowed for use if you ever need it. So where does it go?,??,,,

I went in for a meeting with Bryn Halgrimson. I absolutely like her. She gave me the one on one time I was needing. I had ALOT of questions about the website. She answered all my questions. She went above and beyond with me. She showed me many things on the website I could use to my advantage. She gave me a folder packed with information!!! She truly understands how hard it can be being on unemployment and how tight the money is. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TALKING TO HER! I will definitely remain in contact with her. She is a very kind, compassionate LADY. She has my respect.

They are absolutely no help in person. The only reason to go here is if the library is too far. They will have a printout of the various web pages on the job service site and walk you through it like you forgot how to read. Just go to the website and good luck.

I would say I would like to thank you for all the staff this place they can answer all the questions that you need to know as far as unemployment benefit claim is concerned But this is not a place that you can claim your benefits there is another number to call. Or you can do it online over there if you don't have a computer the good thing when you do it over there and if you have a question on the spot they can help you understand the way question is given because it can be confusing in other words they would explain it to you in simple terms then you'll take it your answer from there only the facts. Again my observation I have noticed every staff with the leadership of Suzan the administrator were very helpful and great service these were the facts based on my experienced being there.
