I recently moved to PA from Delaware and contacted Jack Rabbit based on their excellent reviews. The father & son team were friendly, courteous and they know what they're doing. Everything was done is less than 2 weeks. They are the epitome of great service which is rare in today's world.

Kevin and Bill were helpful beyond reproach. We were greeted upon arrival, everyone was polite, cheerful, and quick with a joke. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Great experience and will be back for every need, including reissuing vanity plates and regular plates for all our cars. Full review/story below.I was purchasing a BMW Z4 M and needed a place for the title work. Normally I would go to AAA, however they require you to be there before 4:30. The seller suggested this place and I’m glad he did. I wanted to use my old plate from my previous BMW, however it was old and faded and I did not want to put it on car in that faded condition. When I asked AAA about issuing a replacement plate, they said I had to file some paperwork, have a state trooper come to AAA and verify that they could not read it within 30 feet. Rather than than fill out paper work and waste police time, I convinced my father to let me have one of his old plates from one of his past Porsche’s. After filing out all the title work and putting the car in my name, they were able to transfer my father’s plate to my name and everything was set. The seller forgot the second key and went home to get it. In that time, we chatted with Kevin and Bill about the car, AAA and how we have various vanity plates, and regular plates that are faded that we would like to get re-issued, but do you don’t want to jump through all the hoops that are required. (OCD: the reason I took one of my fathers good plates that was not faded, and was in pristine condition.) They both let us that we have been provided misinformation from AAA. They then spent further time with us and explained the actual steps that are required to re-issue a new plates, for both vanity and regular, and the fees and cost associated with it and answered every question we had. We ended spending an extra 20-30 minutes talking with them and asking questions. At no point did my father or I feel that they felt annoyed with all our questions or us taking their time. We were completely misinformed about the process by AAA. Kevin, Bill, and everyone at Jack Rabbit are experts in anything related to auto tags and services. Its like that saying, You don't ask fish how to catch fish . You ask a fisherman.

I needed to replace my lost title quickly. After checking online reviews of other services, I called Jack Rabbit. The gentleman was very helpful over the phone so I went there to file for a replacement title. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. I was told I would have my title within a week and it arrived in the mail exactly 7 days after I visited Jack Rabbit. Would definitely use this service again. The owner is very knowledgeable and courteous.

I just bought my leased vehicle and was lost on what I needed to do as far as the title and registering. I just dumped my paperwork on the desk and within less than a few minutes everything was sorted out and done. Superb service. Highly recommended!

I was 2 hours late for work thanks to this irritating company and on top of that the dispatchers are so inconsiderate and rude , first I was told 40mins then after waiting an hour I was told 30 mins then after waiting 40minutes I was told I would be helped in 15mins worst experience of my life no longer using this service the wait time was beyond ridiculous
