For so many years I have use intergrity service, there always try there best to get as much back and there ask questions to find ways to qualify to get you the most back on your taxes, Other than the other high expensive name brand taxes that don’t talk to you and give you the easy form just to make their money quick and not give you hardly anything back. Please Be patient because they are helping others Equally! Like taxes service should be!

Integrity Tax was amazing it was more like a get together then getting your taxes done. Ask for the momo special and if your lucky she will take care of you. Amazing

Horrible tax service, Cathy will not call you back. I was told the taxes were placed on extension. They we're not according to the IRS letter I got... I also spoke with a retired IRS agent that spoke very poorly about Cathy personally ! Not impressed and not recommended... Please people do your research and pay someone to do their job and not be lied too !!!

No one is ever available to answer the phone, when you do finally get through and leave a message your call never gets responded to. Wait time was always very long because they were never on schedule. When it came to handling descrepancies with the IRS we could not seem to get any help though when filing it was super simple and easy.

Made an appointment and taxes weren't filed at my appointment she only took our paper work. Called 2 days later and my taxes still were not filed. I was told my balance of doing my taxes and found out upon receiving my refund check that there was a charge by "bank". Would have liked to have information before filing what exactly will be refund total. Not 2 totals! Good people, but unhappy with service. The prior times I filed upon it being a brand new business, I was more then happy with service !!!
