The nurses seem nice and friendly!!! My mom feels comfortable when they come to visit her. I'm glad I got the chance to meet her nurses. I also have dealt with customer service and they sound nice and friendly and try their best

Think of filing a lawsuit for not paiding my back pay I have been calling for 4 weeks now and not getting anywhere with them no one know what going on there when talking with them they blame everyone else for the mess up I'm calling lawyer to day

I' m not satisfied with how iLIFE handle things. I had sent the employment verification form to ILIFE so they could fill out the form and fax it to my landlord. I get a call from my landlord saying they never got the termination date. I had called iLIFE and checked with them twice about the form. They said they had already sent it. No, one had never told me I had to come to the office to fill-out the status change form. I had called iLIFE before about my timesheet. The Customer Service said they never received it. I had to come to the office to show them a copy of the timesheet I sent. They told me that they have it on their computer and I'll be getting my check. iLIFE don't even send employees their pay stubs. They only send it to participants. They couldn't even send a copy of the verification forms I want to keep for my own personal records. Apparently, Customer Service don't know what they're doing. I had made a trip to the office for nothing. I feel iLIFE should also have public restrooms. Is it a medical place where they provide services for disabled and ♿ elderly people with health problems?

This is probably one of the worst companies to pay people on time!! No one knows anything when you call. Every time you call back you get a different answer as to how to solve the problem of not getting paid for the hours you have already worked!

As a business that provides travel opportunities to adults with disabilities I occasionally am asked by guardians or case workers to submit an invoice to IRIS/iLIFE for payment of a trip. It is on rare occasion that monies are promptly received following my request. If the invoice or payment request received by IRIS is incorrect in any way, it is simply "set aside". There is consistently NO FOLLOW-UP with me/the provider to let me know what changes need to be made on an invoice for payment to be issued. I am repeatedly dissatisfied with he customer service in the claims department.

So many issues with this company. Not paying the correct amount on checks, or not paying at all. I’ve had to call every 2 weeks since beginning this company. Nothing but problems.

The worst customer service hotline I have ever experienced. Get to wait who knows how long for a call back again probably only to get a ride employee who mumbles and doesn't even solve my issues. Boy I love ILIFE. Pathetic

Friendly and professional staff. Not sure what's up with the pay situation but Truck drivers dock doors are located In front of the building. No need to blind side, turn around area 1 block away. Fast unloading.
