Like many people seem to be saying, they are not proactive in offering advice, any suggestions come from me after researching the internet, I've hardly had a VAT return that was correct 1st time; the only thing they get correct is to take their monthly fee of £125 +VAT out of my business bank account every month. In all my life, this is the company that has given me the least and taken the most.
