How does an individual entrusted with managing the benefits for a small company wade through ever-changing laws, codes, proper and improper employee classifications, enrolling and terminating individuals as they come and go and THEN, understand the insaneness thrust upon us by our federal government known as ObamaCare? I've found it's nearly impossible - and certainly not possible with trepidation that choices made are not going to have a negative impact on employees, owners or future associates.... The BEST partner I've found is HR Butler! I've been "served" by numerous agents, representatives and brokers but have never felt confident I'm not being sold or offered the best advice for my situation. HR Butler reps, namely Melody Riggs, Erin Copas and her team, have always responded to my questions quickly and, initially, with more information than suggestion. Then, after digesting the info and discussing it with Erin or her team, I felt I was capable of making the choice best for our organization - which was then masterfully executed by Erin and her team.
