We’ve worked with two of the other (big) national payroll firms and while the payroll was always submitted flawlessly, the service left much to be desired. I credit this lack of service to the metaphorical barrier created by email, telephone, technology, and the fact that these “big” companies have such frequent turnover. My company was sold, the sales rep moved on, and I remember only having one individual payroll rep who exhibited anything top-notch from the standpoint of customer service. I’ve been working with HR Butler (both for payroll and health insurance) since 2008 and I can vouch for them, both personally and professionally. My sales rep has been in contact with me whenever I needed him since day-one. I’ve only had two payroll reps in almost 10 years and any oversights or mistakes that have ever taken place were immediately remedied. What I think sets them apart is the sincere care they have for their clients. If you’re looking for a more personal touch when it comes to your payroll needs, I would absolutely recommend giving them a call to get a 2nd opinion.

I'm very frustrated with this company, I have been getting my pay stub on Weds for the past four years, and because some of us have Netspend, pay pal, Wal-Mart cards our chks would load on Thursday,..THIS IS AN ADVANTAGE OF HAVING NETSPEND, the advantage is to getting your direct deposit a day earlier then most..I've tried to explain this to our hr dept and to this company but they don't seem to get it..So now they have worked together to fig out away to get us our pay stub on Thursday and now chk loads of Fri, So therefore Netspends advantage is not an advantage any longer..the craziest thing is our company tells you upon hire to get the Wal-Mart card if you don't have a bank acct, and the Wal-Mart card also offers the day to two days early on direct deposit. Netspend has explained to them that when they load our cards with our payroll that the money comes from their accts not our company acct, they do not summit the check for it to bounce...So the part that really pisses me off is that this company being the type of payroll they are should know Netspend, pay pal Wal-Mart offers these advantages and that they have no intentions to over drawl our companies bank account...if your company is considering hr butler to do your payroll i would think twice because this has frustrated them for so long that we was receiving our chks a day early that after four years they figured out a way to mess our system up pay us on Fri and the normal bank account employees are getting their pay Sat or even Monday depending on what bank they use. I hate change and I hate that I have to now after four years change my bill payment dates and my doctors appointment from Thursday to Friday's..just saying think twice ,they are not worth the hassles they put u through..

Worst program ever. Our department has this program. I would rather write down a piece of paper my hours worked and hand it to the bum at the end of the road. It would have a better chance of being correctly paid. There is no support after your sign up for this program.

How does an individual entrusted with managing the benefits for a small company wade through ever-changing laws, codes, proper and improper employee classifications, enrolling and terminating individuals as they come and go and THEN, understand the insaneness thrust upon us by our federal government known as ObamaCare? I've found it's nearly impossible - and certainly not possible with trepidation that choices made are not going to have a negative impact on employees, owners or future associates.... The BEST partner I've found is HR Butler! I've been "served" by numerous agents, representatives and brokers but have never felt confident I'm not being sold or offered the best advice for my situation. HR Butler reps, namely Melody Riggs, Erin Copas and her team, have always responded to my questions quickly and, initially, with more information than suggestion. Then, after digesting the info and discussing it with Erin or her team, I felt I was capable of making the choice best for our organization - which was then masterfully executed by Erin and her team. Anyone needing a trusted partner when dealing with payroll, benefits or HR associated minefields should confidently enlist HR Butler's team!
