I wish zero stars for was an option for this POS company. They were scheduled to replace my screen on a Tuesday. The guy called me after 5:00 PM on that Tuesday and said they couldn't get to me and that they would definitely be there tomorrow, no apology for not getting to me that day. I come home from work on Wednesday, same old screen. I call them Wednesday afternoon, leave a voicemail and then call them again Thursday morning. Linda, who i spoke to originally to schedule, can't even find my ticket. She calls me back after finding my ticket and she said someone would be out today to replace the screen, again no apology for the day before or for losing my ticket. I come home after work and only part of the screen has been replaced. I call them to complain and Linda turns it around on me saying that i told her i wanted the panel replaced not the door. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HER IT WAS A LARGE PANEL AND A DOOR AND I REMINDED HER OF THAT CONVERSATION WHICH SHE DENIED DENIED DENIED. First rule of customer service? THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. And i was. Not once did i get an apology or even have someone offer me a discount, she just proceeded to ask me for my credit card information WHICH it ended up being $25 more than she originally told me it was going to be. I will NEVER use this company again and you shouldn't either.
