I talked to Patrick and Shane on the phone and in person. While interviewing w Shane in his office, a contractor got back with him about hiring me. Everybody was upfront, personal and it was an over all positive experience!

So first the gentlemen told me the wrong information and I got sent to do a walk threw thinking I had the job, nobody could tell me any information on when I started . Call the office several times with no reply back. Finally had the initiative to go up to the office to see what was going on to be told o I'm sorry were not hiring for that job anymore. There customer service skills are very poor they are liars so just to look elsewhere and don't waste the time, gas, and effort cause u will be let down.

Talked to Chrissy about a possible shift manager position I couldn’t get over the fact she was speaking loudly to me and demanding my work history when I have resumes and so forth online I honestly felt like she was screaming at me on this phone conversation so I ended it I set high standards for my management skills and I do as well for other people I felt like I was being treated unfairly and. I would suggest somebody with more people skills

Well taken care of. I have been looking for an agency to help me find a local position close to home and they came through for me. They were amazingly fast. Good timing as I really needed a job. I had a small issue that was not their fault yet they helped me work through some paperwork I was missing. Thanks!!

**UPDATE** Patrick, who has taken over my building's account, has reached out to me and given me the information i've been looking for. He has been sincere and reassured me that it will not happen again, and gave me all his contact info to ensure it does not happen again. He has since been very easy to get ahold of, detailed and friendly in his quick responses. Hope they continue to bring in people like Patrick...--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I hate to even give this place one star. Extremely horrible customer service. The receptionist, who told me her name was Diane (doubt that is even her name) was EXTREMELY rude. Hung up on me several times when I was confirming my vacation time that i requested months ago. I've been reaching out since the 5th and today is the 17th. I've sent 4 emails and called countless times and and get voicemailed and no responses via email. All I wanted was to confirm that I would get vacation pay to feed my babies. She refused to give me her name several times then finally blurted "Diane". This place is a complete and utter MESS. I don't think there's a single person with a kind bone in their body. God bless their souls, or lack of. They will need it lmao.

The receptionist is very rude and she has this look on her face when she looks at you like your retarted.. um no thank you I will look else were it's more welcoming
