Mike has been a stellar real estate expert since day one, when we moved to the Colorado Springs area from Texas. The first day we met Mike, he graciously gave us a personal, in depth tour of charming Manitou Springs, and we quickly fell in love with the community. We ended up renting a house from him, and 6 months later purchasing our first home from him in the historic district of Manitou. As first time homebuyers, Mike was very patient with us and took the time to answer all of our questions, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Three years later, we decided to to sell our home, so naturally we had him list it. WITHIN 3 DAYS, we were under contract!! We are thrilled, but not suprised. His superior marketing tactics and great advice made all the difference.
