If there was better than 5 Stars I would award it to Mike Casey.If you need a home whether it’s lightning fast like us, or you just want the home of your dreams, I recommend Mr. Casey at Homes of Manitou Springs. I really believe, after working with him for only two weeks, that no one knows the area better.In October of 2015 my mother and I traveled cross-country from GA to Manitou Springs, CO. We knew it was a long shot because we could only stay for 2 weeks, in which we must find and purchase a home fit for both us to live with some privacy included. AND we needed to have the contract signed before leaving so we were assured of the purchase.This was urgent because we are moving for health reasons. I had been housebound for the four years we lived in GA.I know it was in answer to our prayers that we found Mike Casey to be our Realtor. Not only did he find us exactly what we both loved in a home, but in the area we desired, AND not only did we sign the contract before departure, but even got to meet with the inspector at the home first. That was important for we learned so many details of the home and its upkeep.THIS IS WHAT MY MOTHER, PAT CRUMBY, HAD TO SAY:SHE ALSO GAVE FIVE STARSYou couldn’t find a better Realtor than Mike Casey of Homes of Manitou Springs if you tried. He worked with us before we came cross-country and worked with us the two weeks there. In only one week he found us the perfect home for me and my daughter. His knowledge of the area was very very helpful. And our dog was welcomed by Mike to tour with us all, and she liked Mike’s dog.

I have worked with several real estate agents throughout the years, but Mike was by far the best. He also has an excellent assistant, Tara. I looked at many, many houses with Mike, till he found one that would be pretty close to my dream home. He also got me an excellent deal on my new home. Mike is very patient as we looked at many homes, and he always tells you his opinion of the house, which is backed up by his years of experience. Past realtors I have worked with seem to be in a hurry to sell you a house, but Mike was patient and found me a wonderful home at a good price. Will use him again for sure in the future if need be.

Mike has been a stellar real estate expert since day one, when we moved to the Colorado Springs area from Texas. The first day we met Mike, he graciously gave us a personal, in depth tour of charming Manitou Springs, and we quickly fell in love with the community. We ended up renting a house from him, and 6 months later purchasing our first home from him in the historic district of Manitou. As first time homebuyers, Mike was very patient with us and took the time to answer all of our questions, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Three years later, we decided to to sell our home, so naturally we had him list it. WITHIN 3 DAYS, we were under contract!! We are thrilled, but not suprised. His superior marketing tactics and great advice made all the difference. Mike truly is a first rate realtor and we have been very fortunate to have been able to rely on him for all of our real estate needs!
