I thought that having coverage on my photo equipment was the smart and reassuring thing to do incase I ever had an issue with damaged or stolen goods. I guess thats not the case! After being a customer of this company for several years, I went to report my lost GoPro only to be told that they don't cover anything under $500. I think I will be terminating my account. It does not make sense. If I were to drop one of my $800+ lenses and still have to pay such a high deductible, on top of my monthly fee in order to get a new one.
