Incompetent is an understatement for this inept company. Waiting 5 weeks now for court records that the court system provides next day. They don’t follow up on anything they just keep pushing completion date back a week at a time waiting for their mistake to magically fix itself. Their customer service is laughable as they have no idea what is going on with your report they just read what is on their screen. They have lied to myself and my future employer trying to mask their mistakes and incompetence. Their credibility is sketchy. They have been sued multiple times, the major suit was brought by the FTC and they were ordered to pay out 2.6 million dollars for violating FCRA regulations. If your future employer uses this company I strongly suggest you keep looking for employment elsewhere.
