I would give zero stars if I could, awful company. Employers should save there money and just ask for tax returns and w2's. Thats all these people do.

Got information for wrong person same name. I believe you will have another lawsuit on your hands. The only way a background check works is if you investigate the right person. That part I can do myself.

How can this company provide background Checks when it feels like they cannot verify shiit on their own?? Make you feel like you're doing yourself a background Check , verifying every employment you had in the past with accurate starting and ending dates you have to give them. Besides that they make you upload pay stubs, w2 forms. Very inneficient, might not even get the job I been waiting for over a month to get.

Inaccurate garbage. They are so obsessed with their turnover time for background checks that they are willing to submit blatantly incorrect reports because they don't want to wait for info to come in from an employer that is taking longer. I still got the job and as soon as I can, I'll make sure to FireRight them.

Incompetent is an understatement for this inept company. Waiting 5 weeks now for court records that the court system provides next day. They don’t follow up on anything they just keep pushing completion date back a week at a time waiting for their mistake to magically fix itself. Their customer service is laughable as they have no idea what is going on with your report they just read what is on their screen. They have lied to myself and my future employer trying to mask their mistakes and incompetence. Their credibility is sketchy. They have been sued multiple times, the major suit was brought by the FTC and they were ordered to pay out 2.6 million dollars for violating FCRA regulations. If your future employer uses this company I strongly suggest you keep looking for employment elsewhere.

We have worked with them for years. The past year has been terrible. They loose drug tests, they take tests and never return the results. The turnaround time for a new hire takes over a week for a drug test. I do not recommend them to any employer!

I am an employer and they couldn't even get my information correct to get my company set up in their system correctly!!

Garbage.... Was suppose to start a project today, but the background check is still pending and will be pending till Feb 1st. Of course their contact center is outsourced. No sense of urgency. Employer beware, find another company that does not have a ton of complaints and a failing BBB score.
