Disappointed in my visit to Rebecca Olsen from High Tower business solutions. Was hopeful upon our initial phone conversation and most of the meeting went well. I thought we were getting along well until I asked her questions on something she had said. It seemed as if she immediately got offended that I needed more info on what she was saying. I clarified that I was just wanting clarification and that I was in no way saying she was incorrect but rather look into the issue further. She then gathered my paperwork and pushed it back to me and I was motioned to leave. Not sure why she seemed so offended by me wanting to be certain on tax issues but I felt very uncomfortable after asking for more info. Upon leaving, as gestured; I mentioned how confused I was and that I would leave a review; she then told me to sit down which I gladly did because I went there for this service but, she just reiterated her irritation about being questioned. I chose to leave and wished her a blessed day.I still believe she is a nice individual but I was treated unfairly and personally feel that I was looked down on for asking questions.
