She's flexible on meetings, pays extra attention to every detail, and I completely trust her to willingly explain everything she's doing on my return. I haven't found anything in my business that Rebecca can't handle! She is such a resource for all of my tax questions, Quickbooks frustrations (she's a lifesaver on this!) and payroll taxes and services. We are lucky to have High Tower Business Solutions for our company's needs. Rebecca is so smart, kind, quick to respond, and genuinely cares. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have used High Tower Business Solutions for several years now. My husband does a lot of freelance work in addition to his day job. Rebecca is so great at explaining everything and making sure we understand the deductions, etc. All above my head, but we trust her implicitly and highly recommend her services for accounting and tax needs.She rocks!

My wife and I have known Rebecca for years. I have shared office space with her for over six years. She has the utmost integrity and she knows her craft. She also owns up to mistakes. I have referred many clients to her through the years. Please note there are two sides to every story and the recent 1-star review she received was unwarranted. I actually had a client in the lobby at the time said event occurred and my client heard the entire documented conversation. She said Rebecca maintained professional courtesy and respect throughout the entire episode. A 1-star review is a serious accusation. Rebecca is an outstanding business owner and I encourage you to consider her services if you are in the need for tax and business accounting. Flood her office with new business in response to the recent unjustified consumer review!

Disappointed in my visit to Rebecca Olsen from High Tower business solutions. Was hopeful upon our initial phone conversation and most of the meeting went well. I thought we were getting along well until I asked her questions on something she had said. It seemed as if she immediately got offended that I needed more info on what she was saying. I clarified that I was just wanting clarification and that I was in no way saying she was incorrect but rather look into the issue further. She then gathered my paperwork and pushed it back to me and I was motioned to leave. Not sure why she seemed so offended by me wanting to be certain on tax issues but I felt very uncomfortable after asking for more info. Upon leaving, as gestured; I mentioned how confused I was and that I would leave a review; she then told me to sit down which I gladly did because I went there for this service but, she just reiterated her irritation about being questioned. I chose to leave and wished her a blessed day.I still believe she is a nice individual but I was treated unfairly and personally feel that I was looked down on for asking questions.
