Since using Helpbox for my tax returns I have found them to be far superior to previous accounting experiences. They offer a very quick and efficient service , always available by phone if required . I would like to add a special thanks to Jack Lane for resolving a particular problem that I had and always returning calls and e-mails quickly. All other staff are always very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Helpbox.

We have been clients of Helpbox for in excess of 9 years and they have always given us 100% service and advice. No question is ever too small or too stupid and their customer service is first class. We would never consider going anywhere else to have our accounts finalised or payroll/pension. The ability to pay for our accounts monthly is a bonus and the costs are calculated per business and not a generic figure. If you are a small business these guys are a must.

i was given a price of £2k to do my accounts.The first year was £4.5k i was told this was because they had to do extra work my old accountant had not done. Second and last year, another bill of £4.5k and terrible bookkeeping,not recording a lot of sales leaving me with a massive vat bill and 2 days to pay. Get a fixed price and check there work if you choose to use them ! Would like to also point out that my old accountant had no issues with invoices and my new account also cannot see what they had a problem with. There was no extra work involved we are a small bathroom fitting company and accounts cost £2k a year all in.

I was given a fixed price but before anything started I was sent an invoice for extra works. I felt I was given misleading information for not being told until after I signed the contract. I requested to exit the contract 7 days after signing the contract for misleading information and I was charged £246 which I had to pay for works they aparantly done to my account(entering information onto their system) this is at the time their homepage says 30 days money back guarantee - again misleading information.

Glen Smith is my "go to" accountant and is the most patient and informative accountant I have ever worked with. Over the phone or in person, Glen always listens and answers in a clear concise way, he ensures I understand before moving to the next subject. I run a successful business but understanding accounts is not part of my skill set, I am so grateful to Glen that he is there to provide the support that I need.
